Le Conseil d\u2019Administration est, comme son nom l\u2019indique, charg\u00e9 d\u2019administrer le fonds de dotation !\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Ses missions principales sont les suivantes :<\/strong>
\u2022 Il est responsable de la production des comptes annuels du fonds,
\u2022 Il g\u00e8re les ressources disponibles allou\u00e9es au financement des projets \u00e9ligibles ;
\u2022 Il vote le budget ;
\u2022 Il valide les projets propos\u00e9s par le comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection culture et le comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection sport et d\u00e9cide des sommes attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque projet, sur proposition des comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
